Sebastien Vertus

Sebastien is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He provides legal counsel to clients on matters related to nonimmigrant visas and employment-based green card processes. He also assists in the preparation and filing of visa petitions, employment-based applications, and other required documentation.

With a unique background as an immigrant from Haiti, Sebastien brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and aspirations faced by those navigating the complex U.S. immigration system.
