Rei Teng

Rei is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL with experience in a broad range of U.S. immigration law and a focus on employment-based and investment-based immigration. Rei counsels corporate clients and individuals on immigration matters and represents them before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.
Prior to joining BAL, Rei practiced with an immigration law firm in Silicon Valley, where she specialized in investment immigration – advising corporations as well as individuals with high net worth. Rei also clerked with the Superior Court of California. Rei is bilingual and can read and write Mandarin Chinese. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
