Rachel Griswold* is a Practice Manager in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She has over a decade of experience, starting her career as an Administrative Assistant then working for several years as a Paralegal. Rachel serves as a subject matter expert on nonimmigrant and immigration visa matters, with a focus on F-1 STEM and H-1Bs. She assists partners and associates in program development and implementation. Rachel orchestrates the training of the legal teams and provides mentoring on the firm’s practices, protocols and procedures. She manages and reviews others’ work and productivity. Additionally, Rachel helps lead local community service activities, employee appreciation projects and Great Place To Work initiatives.
Prior to joining BAL, Rachel was employed with a Dallas-based immigration law office for approximately five years, where she handled a wide array of employment-based immigration matters.
