Nancy is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Nancy provided in-house strategic legal advice to a technology and telecommunications company on a wide range of immigration matters, with a focus on U.S. business immigration and workforce compliance. Nancy has experience in advising corporations on immigration policies, strategies, and best practices for developing and executing robust global mobility programs as well as managing movement of foreign employees on international assignments. Nancy also worked for a corporate immigration firm in the Washington, DC metro area where she consulted Fortune 500 technology companies on varying aspects of U.S. immigration with a focus on PERM and the overall Green Card process. During law school, Nancy assisted individuals with obtaining immigration relief at the University of Miami School of Law’s Immigration Clinic.
