Mitch is an attorney who practices exclusively in the area of U.S. Immigration Law. He advises clients on all matters relating to U.S. immigration law. His clients include senior executives, individuals, and large multinational organizations.

He provides strategic counsel to clients on all aspects of business immigration matters including nonimmigrant (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3) and immigrant (immigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status applications). He represents employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden, he was an immigration officer at the Department of Homeland Security, and an associate for a Big Four Accounting Firm.
