Linda is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she provides immigration counsel to multinational corporate clients on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Linda began her career in immigration law as a paralegal at BAL assisting with non-immigrant visa petitions. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney for the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women, providing legal assistance to immigrant women and children which inspired her to pursue a career in immigration law.
