Lauren Davis

Lauren is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office where she focuses on a wide array of immigration matters, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, L-1, I-140 and Adjustment of Status.

Prior to joining BAL, Lauren handled a wide variety of employment-based and investment-based visa processes through her work with a local immigration law firm in Austin, Texas. During her final year of law school, Lauren served as Executive Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She was also involved with the UT Law Immigration Clinic, working with clients seeking humanitarian immigration relief. This firsthand experience, along with her own marriage-based immigration journey with her husband from Mumbai, India, propelled her to pursue a career in immigration law. Outside of her professional life, Lauren is an avid traveler, having visited 16 countries and already ticking off four of the Seven Wonders of the World.
