Laura is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP where she specializes in counseling employers to develop, maintain, and defend immigration compliance programs. She represents clients in a variety of global industries: finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, supply chain, technology, and engineering services.

Her clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to domestic startups. In her practice, she supports nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, permanent residence, and citizenship matters. She regularly delivers presentations to General Counsel and HR Professionals regarding the changing landscape of immigration regulations and adjudication trends, I-9 compliance and audit practices, and DHS investigations.
