Justin is a Associate in the San Francisco Office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He works on employment-based immigration cases with a focus in non-immigrant visas for technology firms. He is experienced in H-1B, L-1, TN, and F-1 visas and has expertise preparing complex Request for Evidence responses for a variety of non-immigrant visa issues.
Prior to joining BAL, Justin volunteered at the East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights in San Francisco, where he worked on Asylum, U-Visa, and unaccompanied minor cases.
As a descendant of refugees, Justin is keenly aware of his immigrant lineage, and the many challenges immigrants face. This appreciation drives him to advocate to the best of his ability for his clients.
