John is a Partner and head of BAL's New York office focused on corporate clients with a range of immigration-specific issues and challenges. He secures employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees of large multinational corporations.

John provides strategic immigration support for clients across numerous industries, including healthcare, financial services, transportation, and insurance. John has extensive experience dealing with complex immigration compliance matters, immigration program management, and creating immigration solutions during corporate restructuring events.

As an active member of BAL’s Pro Bono Committee, John has volunteered for several years with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), a preeminent nongovernmental organization dedicated to providing legal and other protections to refugee and migrant children.

He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served as co-chair for the New York Chapter’s Consular Practice Committee.
