Heather Oh is a Senior Associate in the New York City office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Heather provides strategic guidance on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters for corporate clients in a variety of industries. Heather advises employers on immigration compliance, program management, and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Heather was an Associate at a global immigration law firm.  While in law school, Heather successfully represented an individual seeking asylum as part of her law school’s Safe Harbor Clinic. Heather was also an intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and the Human Resources law department of a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company.
