Haesung is a Partner in the Tysons office of BAL. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration legal matters for corporations, providing strategic counsel and legal solutions for businesses and their employees while navigating the complexities of immigration law. Haesung has also represented clients on family-based U.S. immigration cases. With a deep commitment to excellence, a thorough understanding of the evolving legal landscape and a track record of success, she is dedicated to achieving clients’ immigration goals efficiently and effectively.

Haesung currently focuses on the PERM labor certification and immigrant visa petition process for large corporations. She leverages her experience in program management to provide customized solutions that enable companies to offer a seamless and positive experience for their employees.

Prior to joining BAL, Haesung gained experience at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., as well as a large general practice law firm in Boston. She has represented clients ranging from individual investors and startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Haesung immigrated to the United States in fourth grade and grew up in Southern California, eventually settling in Northern Virginia, where she lives with her husband and identical twin boys.
