Frank is an Associate in the Walnut Creek office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He has experience representing multinational corporations on all matters involving U.S. immigration law before USCIS, the Department of Labor, BALCA, and the AAO.  Currently, Frank works on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including PERM labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, and H-1B petitions.

Frank began his legal career in New York City working for a global financial information and services corporation.  Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Frank served as an Associate at a corporate immigration law firm in Los Angeles, California.  Frank’s prior experience includes management and oversight of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, as well as preparation of Extraordinary Ability and Outstanding Researcher petitions for institutional clients, movie studios, and professional sports organizations.
