Emily is a Senior Director in BAL’s Dallas office. She is responsible for providing legal operations support to our clients and legal teams to ensure that overall service and delivery meets the highest standards. As a trusted advisor, Emily is a primary point of contact and escalation path for clients ensuring internal advocacy, effective communication, program delivery and strategic thought leadership.

Emily helps BAL stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, crafting strategic and effective approaches that enable clients to achieve their immigration program goals and objectives. In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Emily plays a crucial role in driving firm-wide initiatives, particularly around client satisfaction and customer experience.
