Dora is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She has experience in several areas of business immigration law, including both immigrant and non-immigrant visa classifications, as well as family-based immigration law. Her current practice focuses on the PERM labor certification process, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP, Dora worked as an Associate at a boutique immigration law firm in San Francisco, California. During law school, Dora gained legal experience interning at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Bay Area Legal Aid. Dora is also an active volunteer, assisting in naturalization and DACA clinics offered through various non-profit organizations.
