Dennis Hul is an Associate Immigration Attorney at Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLC operating out of the Richardson office, where he represents corporate clients in all aspects of employment-based immigration and nonimmigrant visa issues. He has experience working with several Fortune 100 clients across a wide cross-section of industries including pharmaceutical, technology, construction, business development, and healthcare.

Prior to joining BAL, Dennis practiced as an immigration attorney with a large Boston immigration firm where he primarily focused on responding to complex requests for evidence, as well as guiding employees through intra-company transfers, extraordinary ability, multinational manager, and national interest waiver petitions. During law school, Dennis spent a year as a Judicial Clerking Intern for The Honorable Judge Rogeriee Thompson of the First Circuit Court of Appeals and spent a summer working as a Legal Fellow for Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island on the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.
