Brooke is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, PERM labor certifications, and permanent residence.
Before joining BAL, Brooke practiced business immigration law at a global corporate immigration firm, advising clients from a range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, technology, finance, and sports. During law school, she worked with asylum applicants at the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, and assisted clients with VAWA petitions through SMU’s Hunter Legal Center. Before law school, Brooke worked as an International Student Advisor, supporting F-1 and J-1 university students.
