Ayu is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She is passionate about immigration law and, since law school, she has focused on this practice.
As a law student, Ayu completed a legal externship at the Dallas Immigration Court where she attended multiple court hearings and drafted decisions for the Immigration Judges. And she presented her directed research paper on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status as a one-hour continuing legal education (CLE) at the Dallas 10th Annual Child Welfare Conference in May, 2019. Before joining BAL, Ayu worked on a variety of petitions and responses to USCIS requests for evidence at a large employment based immigration firm.
