Anne is an Associate in the New York office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She has experience with various corporate immigration legal matters, as well as, family-based US immigration. She currently focuses on employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
Prior to joining BAL, Anne served as an Attorney with immigration law firms in San Francisco. There, she practiced a broad range of immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigration applications. Prior to and during law school, Anne worked as a Paralegal, Legal Intern, and Law Clerk in the field of employment-based immigration. She gained experience in both immigrant and non-immigrant matters, including: O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, PERM, Special Handling PERM, Schedule A Group II, National Interest Waiver, I-140, adjustment of status applications, and EB-1 petitions.
