Alexis Russell

Alexis is an Associate based in BAL’s Dallas office, specializing in employment-based immigration. With a focus on nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas and PERM Labor certifications, she brings expertise and passion to every immigration case she advises.

Alexis joined BAL as a Law Clerk shortly after graduating law school. While in law school, she studied Immigration and Entertainment Law. She interned for a family-based immigration organization in Dallas, as well as an Entertainment and Sports firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Alexis enjoys sports, outdoor activities and exploring diverse cultures through travel and literature.
