Peter is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP. He has experience with various corporate U.S. immigration legal matters, as well as family-based U.S. immigration legal matters. His current practice focuses on the PERM labor certification process and immigrant visa petitions.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP, Peter served as an Associate with a boutique business immigration law firm in the Silicon Valley, and a well-established business immigration law firm in Southern California, where he had a particular focus on Alien of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher/Professor immigrant visa petitions, National Interest Waiver immigrant visa petitions, Schedule A, Group II immigrant visa petitions, and O-1 non-immigrant visa petitions for universities, the entertainment industry, and multinational corporations.
