As an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, Michael provides strategic counsel to clients on all aspects of U.S. business immigration including nonimmigrant, immigrant, compliance, and related matters. Michael has experience advising a diverse range of clients in industries including technology, energy and oil, management consulting, financial services, and more. For employers large and small, Michael works closely with employers to provide key insights and strategies for developing an immigration program that works for the employer and the employees. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Michael stays on top of the latest issues to keep clients informed of critical developments in this ever-changing field. He represents employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. Additionally, Michael provides pro bono assistance in the areas of special immigrant juveniles, removal defense, family-based immigration, refugee adjustment of status, and naturalization.
