Jessie is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on employment-based and family-based immigration with particular focus on im migrant visa matters, including PERM labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Since entering law school and continuing throughout her legal career, Jessie has focused on the practice of immigration law.
Jessie believes that it is an exciting time for the immigration law profession, especially with such a great focus on technology and bringing the best talent from all over the world to the U.S. Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Jessie worked for a solo practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area, practicing a broad range of immigration law. While studying in law school, she worked on human trafficking visas at the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Violence Clinic at Chapman University and served as President of the Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the International Law Society, and Senior Editor of The Chapman Law Courier.
