“I love the variety of global immigration. In part because the people whose cases we handle are all different and the laws of the 30+ jurisdictions my team covers are very diverse. But beyond that, I am extremely privileged to be able to work for a firm which is dynamic and innovative not just transactional. One moment I can be partnering with a client to make a strategic difference to their immigration programme, from data analytics to policy benchmarking, the next I am discussing how to better reward our hard working teams or sharing ideas to drive an even better experience for our clients’ assignees.”

Emily is the Managing Director for Europe and heads BAL’s London office. She leads our UK, Ireland, Germany and Europe practices, working with her team to ensure the highest service delivery, whether a large compliance consulting project or one of the thousands of individual cases accomplished every year for small and large clients alike. Emily is a solicitor and has over 12 years’ experience, working both in the UK and Hong Kong, in a variety of roles both at law firms and a relocation management company. She particularly enjoys speaking on the topic of immigration as well as working with clients and her team to drive assignee experience and provide tailored, culturally meaningful immigration programmes.
