Don Addis

Since 2013, Don has served as CFO and expertly guides BAL’s finances, which is reflected in the firm’s stability, growth and exceptional employee benefits.

Don joined BAL as interim controller in 2012. Firm leadership recognized his talent and business acumen and promoted him to CFO just six months later. He has helped the company become one of the world’s largest immigration law firms. Don was instrumental in shaping BAL’s service alliance with Deloitte UK in 2018, which garnered national media attention for its unique features and complex international financial structure. He also guided the firm’s recent expansions, opening offices in Chicago; Santa Clara, California; and Los Angeles. Prior to BAL, Don worked as the director of treasury and controller at an American Lawyer 100 firm, and also spent time at tech companies and professional sports teams, including the Golden State Warriors.

In 2021, the Dallas Business Journal named Don CFO of the Year.
