What is the change? A technical problem with Brazil’s MigranteWeb online system has halted processing of in-country visa and permit applications
What does the change mean? Authorities will not be able to process in-country visa and permit applications until the problem is resolved.
BAL Analysis: Little information is available at this point about the nature of the technical problem or how long it might take to resolve. Those in need of visa services should expect delays with in-country processing. Applications filed at foreign embassies or consulates abroad have not been saffected.
