What is the change? Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes de Extranjeros (ReNURE) will no longer grant deadline extensions for limited liability companies to update their company registration.
What does the change mean? Limited liability companies must update their annual registration prior to the expiration date.
Background: Previously, limited liability companies were able to extend the annual registration deadline by 30 days. The new rule removes this option and requires companies to update their registration prior to the expiration date.
