  • U.S. Immigration Counsel will focus on visa options for the foreign national while addressing the legalities of various scenarios and timing implications.

  • Customs and Border Protection and Texas Department of Public Safety representatives will speak on common issues that expatriates face when arriving in the U.S., and will provide the Government's perspective on how best to address these matters.

  • Global Immigration Counsel will provide information and solutions regarding the transfer of foreign nationals to non-U.S. countries such as Brazil and Australia.

  • International Tax Specialist will provide guidance and address common issues and misconceptions regarding residents and non-residents of the U.S.

  • International Labor Counsel will provide information and advice on how companies must comply with labor requirements throughout the world in order to avoid costly litigation, penalties and fines.

  • Relocation Service Provider will discuss solutions to housing, schooling, shipment of goods, and other matters related to the relocation process.

  • University International Student Service Officers will speak on the rules that govern university enrollment and in-state tuition for dependent children of expatriates.
